Reinspection After Repairs
Written confirmation that the repairs you negotiated were completed, and completed properly.

What this covers
A seller agreeing to carry out a repair is not the same as the repair being done correctly. A reinspection closes that gap before you take possession.
Each item from the original report is revisited, verified and photographed, and you receive a short written confirmation to pass to your lawyer or agent.
- Worked through item by item
- Each repair photographed when complete
- Substandard work called out plainly
- Written confirmation, usually same day
- Priced well below a full inspection
Each area examined and documented
